Happy 2020!
I am so ready to see what 2020 has in store for all of us. I have a vision board and I will work towards my goals? Do you have any goals?
Reading: SOLs:
2.12-Write stories, letters, and simple explanations
2.9-read and demonstrate comprehension of nonfiction text
WE have one more question to work on in our weather unit. It deals with how to prepare for their storm. Once we are done, we will begin with states of matter
Some friends are not completing their reading assignment on a nightly basis It will be logged the same as last year, and the expectation is that students read 30 minutes. Also, please have them log in two steps and place your signature beside it. On a daily basis, we should have 4 steps. The time may bebroken into intervals. PLEASE SIGN READING LOGS NIGHTLY
Science: We will be working on states of matter
Math 2.6- determine the difference of two whole numbers each 99 or less, using various methods

Thursday:Have some quality family time; read for 30 mins and log in two steps; ST MATH
